I found this tool from the Los Angeles County Offices of Education.
This tool appears to be helpful for teachers and students as a website evaluation tool.

Catherine Cook: My name is Catherine Cook. I am 23 years old and attend the University of Tennessee. My major is Child and Family Studies with a focus in Early Childhood Education (PreK-K). This licensure area will allow me to work with children from birth through kindergarten age. Also, I will be endorsed to have children with special needs in my classroom. I am very excited about working with children, as well as their families, in hopes to make a positive difference in their educational experiences and lives.
